At the risk of sounding like I am just towing the Conservative line, I can not help but think that the government has no business running a business or businesses. How can a group of attorneys think that they can run a business, better than a Business Person? I mean, Lawyers, they went to Law School right? Business-Persons went to business school, right? How many people out there with MBA’s are successfully practicing Law? Is there anyone out there thinks that sounds copasetic. It is inconceivable to think that an attorney finds that he is more capable of doing something better that someone that has been trained to do it. Oh, how this seems be a very common way of thinking with the left.
Free Health Care, as we all know, is nothing new to the planet, and has it ever been ran successfully? Yeah, it may work out fine if all you have is the common cold, or you have a sprained an ankle. But, how long is the line that you have to wait in if you need a new kidney, or cancer comes into your life? There is a very harsh term that which usually used as an insult to the right, but it clearly shows that it describes the left better, ethnocentric. What in the world makes our government think that it can make something happen when all these other countries have not been able to do it? Is it because we are smarter? Better? Or just because they are stupid? Or can it be that socialized medicine or socialism does not work. Is it possible that, no matter how smart you are, or how many law degrees you have, you cannot make a square peg fit into a round hole?
Unfortunately, the Obama Administration has set their sights on killing more than our healthcare, in a very contradictory manner. It seems that the majority of true conservatives do not agree with the bail-out (or the take-over) of the private companies in this country. Just one of then many examples that I am talking about is the fiasco that Obama got himself into with the Caterpillar Corporation. It does not take a genius (but maybe a business person) to put together the future failure that this company is going to go through. Why is it that the Obama Administration is going to stimulate the economy and give Caterpillar money, but at the same time try and bankrupt one of the company’s top accounts, coal mines? If caterpillar could not sell tractors and dozers to the many coal mines in this country, do you think that it can continue to exist. That would be like taking over a car company and forcing it to sell cars that only people in San Francisco like, and then shooting up gas prices so nobody will purchase the cars.
These actions remind me of a quote from a great movie where the bad guys win, "I can't swim, I know I can't swim......So what do I do, I stay my butt of of the pool". From the movie Gone in sixty seconds, but of course the language was more colorful.
Why are we Saving them, just to kill them?
